Yük Bildirimi kapsamında veri sorumlusu sıfatına haiz, Türkiye Cumhuriyeti
Ulaştırma ve Altyapı Bakanlığımız, mobil uygulama (UETDS Yük Bildirimi) veya sitemiz aracılığı ile paylaştığınız ad, soyad, plaka,
kimlik numarası ve firma bilgileri sınırlı olarak işlenmektedir.
Talebiniz ve uygulamayı kullanımınız ile ilgili bu kişisel veriler,
Bakanlığımızın ve Bağlı, İlgili ve ilişkili Kurumları ile sizlerin hizmet
kalitesini ve memnuniyetini arttırmak amacıyla paylaşılabilmekte olup
6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu'nun 5 inci maddesinde belirtilen
ilgili kişinin temel hak ve özgürlüklerine zarar vermemek kaydıyla meşru
menfaati için zorunlu olması hukuki sebebine bağlı olarak telefon yoluyla
otomatik olarak işlenmekte olup, 3 üncü kişilerle paylaşılmamaktadır.
İlgili kanunun ilgili kişinin haklarını düzenleyen 11 inci maddesi kapsamındaki
taleplerinize yönelik başvurularınızı www.uab.gov.tr/kvkk adresimizde
bulunan Veri Sahibi Başvuru Formu’nu, noter kanalıyla veya Kişisel Verilerin
Korunması Kurulu tarafından belirlenen diğer yöntemler ile Hakkı Turayliç
Caddesi No:5 Emek Çankaya/ANKARA adresine yazılı gönderebilir veya
uab@hs01.kep.tr elektronik posta adresine güvenli elektronik imzalı olarak
iletebilirsiniz. Talebinize en kısa sürede ve kanuna uygun olarak en geç otuz
(30) gün içerisinde geri dönüş yapılacaktır. Ancak, işlemin ayrıca bir maliyeti
gerektirmesi hâlinde, Bakanlık’ın Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurulunca belirlenen
tarife üzerinden kanuna uygun olarak ücret talep etme hakkı saklıdır.
PRIVACY POLICY AND CLARIFICATION TEXT
All
information you share with our Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure of the
Republic of Türkiye, through the mobile application (UETDS Yük
Bildirimi) or website, including name, surname, plate number, and company
information, is processed on a limited basis within the scope of UETDS Yük
Bildirimi, which holds the title of data controller.
This
personal data related to your request and use of the application may be shared
with our Ministry and its Affiliated, Related and Associated Institutions in
order to increase your service quality and satisfaction. However, these data
are processed automatically over the phone and not shared with third parties,
provided that it is legally mandatory for legitimate interest and provided that
it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the person concerned as
specified in Article 5 of the Law No. 6698 on the Personal Data Protection Law
(KVKK).
In order to make an application for your requests within the scope of Article 11 of the relevant law regulating the rights of the person concerned, you can fill in the Data Owner Application Form available at our address www.uab.gov.tr/kvkk and send it to Hakkı Turayliç Caddesi No:5 Emek Çankaya/ANKARA via notary public or other methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Authority or you can send it to uab@hs01.kep.tr e-mail address with secure electronic signature. Your request will be responded within thirty (30) days at the latest in accordance with the law. However, if the transaction requires an additional cost, the Ministry reserves the right to charge a fee in accordance with the law over the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Authority.
